Transaction Processing

Our Merchant Support Center is equipped to process transactions tickets submitted in a variety of methods.

Electronic Draft Capture Retrievals

The Merchant Support Center will telephone individual electronic draft capture (EDC) merchants as soon as an EDC retrieval request is received. Merchant Support tracks all EDC requests to ensure timely fulfillment and avoid needless charge-backs.

Point-of-Sale Terminal Support

Merchant Support provides 24/7 support with terminal balancing, terminal procedures, programming and placement. A wide variety of terminals may be leased or purchased.
